Customer Stories

Most B2B customer stories blur into the same corporate world. Overlit, stilted interviews, clunky b-roll. The work below stays inside Klyk's brand world, but each film is led by its location and the people in it. Naturalistic, polished, closer to brand film than corporate comms.

Role: Content Lead, Writer, Director, Producer, DoP & Editor

Bloom & Wild

A cupboard of retired laptops across three offices, and a company value that wouldn't let them sit there. Sam, Sibbe, and Ewan from Blueprint For All on what it took to get the devices into the hands of kids who needed them.

It’s a brilliant piece of content.
— Charlotte Murray, Head of Brand, Bloom & Wild

Rewilding Britain

A charity tackling the climate emergency, onboarding new joiners with refurbished laptops instead of new ones. Marian Carson, their COO, on why the kit you give people is part of the message.

Impact: Featured on the Klyk website for two years and counting.

Lily’s Kitchen

Inside an inner-London sixth form, where students run A-level projects on their phones because they don't have laptops at home. Joe Griffiths, Deputy Head, lays out the maths: 1,400 students, an annual reliance on donated tech, no easy fix.

Impact: Now used by Klyk in sales pitches

Batch.Works

Klyk needed stackable repair trays. Nothing off the shelf fit. Julien at Batch.works 3D-printed the whole system from waste plastic at his East London factory, design to deployment in under four weeks.

Impact: Batch.works posted the film on LinkedIn, generated leads, and have since pulled video & stills from the shoot for their new website.
